You are responsible for the batteries with your system and keeping the cameras clean, unless under a maintenance contract. We will monitor your system and alert you of troubles that arise.

No! Unlike most other security companies out there we will install and service local only (non-monitored) Security Systems. Although state and local laws typically require Commercial Fire Systems to be monitored.

Yes! Our Smart Security Systems with built-in Z-Wave radios allow us to connect and utilize a wide variety of Smart Home Automation devices. Our system apps and allow a multitude of customizable and features. Many of our Smart Home offerings work through Alarm.com.

Yes, and no. For the security alarm panel to dial the central monitoring station you will need a standard copper line phone line.
VOIP will not work reliably. If you have VOIP or no phone service you will preferably need a cellular radio communicator for your system. You must sign a waiver if you want to connect to a VOIP phone line. We do offer cellular communicators for a primary or back-up form of communication.
